General FAQ - Static Blocks (15th May 09 at 7:38am UTC)
Let us first define a static block on the Top Content Content Management System.

Webskills will have chosen a place in either your header or footer or in one of the page templates for each Static Block. Your input for that static block be displayed every time that template is used - or if it's in the header or footer it will display on every page.

Like with writing for your pages, your static blocks can come in a variety of different formats depending on their purpose.

Which type of block it is will have been predetermined on the installation of your system.

Once you are happy with your static block click "Save Changes". You can edit this again at any time.
